Goose on the Loose was born out of a passion for smallgoods and specifically premium salami, equally fueled by a dismay of mass-produced supermarket ‘substitutes’.  Goose on the Loose products have been awarded for quality. They consistently have won awards locally and nationally since they began making premium salami products.

The brand spends a considerable amount of time developing their own range of Salami and only work with the finest ingredients. Goose on the Loose salami have consistently been awarded and are proud to be recognised for their high quality artisan salami.
